Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
We recommend booking your appointment in advance. This allows us to prepare a bay and schedule our work to service your car as efficiently as possible. We also try to accommodate walk-in customers, subject to availability.
How long does a service take?
The duration depends on the scope of work. A hand wash typically takes 30 to 60 minutes, while a hand wash with interior cleaning takes 60 to 90 minutes. Detailing services, paint correction, ceramic coatings, or PPF can take from several hours to several days. We always provide an estimated time before starting the work.
Can I drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening?
Yes. Many of our clients drop their cars off before work and pick them up in the afternoon or evening. With prior arrangement, collection the next day is also possible. We have a large yard and several bays, allowing us to be flexible with collection times.
Do I have to wait on-site while the service is being performed?
No. While we service your car, you can go about your day, do some shopping, go to the gym, or use our waiting room with coffee and a workspace. Your car will be ready at the agreed time.
Do you accept BLIK payments?
Yes, BLIK payment is available.
Can I pick up my car the next day?
Yes, for more extensive jobs, this is standard practice. We arrange the collection time individually.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Depending on the product chosen and how the car is used, a ceramic coating can last from one to five years.

Our studio is located in Ursynów, at ul. Sójki 33a, 02-812 Warszawa. Clients come to us from all over Warsaw and the surrounding areas — it's just a few minutes' drive from Kabaty, Natolin, Wilanów, and Mokotów, and you can reach us from the city centre via the S79 expressway or KEN avenue.
